When I was much younger I developed asthma and along with that lots of allergies. I was allergic to cats, dogs, horses, grass and smoke!

At the time my Mum and Dad were both smokers but they decided to quit because of my allergies, which made a huge difference.

Even now that I have grown up and no longer have asthma I would never smoke. I look at different friends who do and can't see any positives. It's bad for your health and, well, it can kill you! It's expensive, makes you stink and gives you orange teeth –I mean who wants an orange smile? I am glad I never started and I know I never will. If you haven't tried it, don't bother – take it from me – it's not worth it!

Have a look around and you'll also find stuff on celebrities, our competitions and there's a comic too. These are all updated regularly so you'll find something new whenever you visit!
